Programs are contingent on registration. A refund or credit will only be given if a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. A pro-rated credit will be considered if a participant moves from Town, or if a participant cannot attend because of illness or injury and provides a physician's note stating that is the cause.

Refunds are pro-rated and will not be issued after the half-way point in a program. An administrative service fee of $10.00 will be charged for any refunds, except for cancelled programs.
