The Town Supervisor is elected by the residents of the Town of Somers.  The position is a two year term.  He is the Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer and Budget Officer.

Some of the duties of his office staff are maintenance of personnel and office records, scheduling of appointments, office communications, public information including press releases, technology issues and Town website maintenance.
