The Board of Ethics is an advisory board consisting of 5 members appointed pursuant to §808 of the General Municipal Law (Somers Code §23-5).  The full content of the Town’s Code of Ethics can be found in Chapter 23 of the Somers Town Code. This board serves at the pleasure of the Town Board.  The Ethics Board issues advisory opinions on questions relating to any ethical issues to employees and voluntary board member’s at their request.
