The Board of Assessment Review meets to hear complaints on real property assessments and the related full market value. The five member board meets annually on the third Tuesday in June to hear grievances on real property assessments. Each member must have knowledge of property values in the assessing unit, and are appointed to 5 year terms beginning October 1st.

Grievance Day is the third Tuesday in June.  Typical meeting hours are 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Please contact the Assessor’s Office at (914)277-3504 for confirmation on the actual meeting time and place.
